After BJ Penn tweeted that Dana White offered him an deal that he “couldn’t refuse”, it left everybody wondering who he’d be fighting on October 29, 2011 at UFC 137. With Carlos Condit scheduled to fight GSP, no one really knew who to expect. Well, yesterday, Dana White confirmed via his twitter account that Nick Diaz is back, and he’ll be the one fighting BJ Penn. Pretty crazy last few days in the MMA world.
I must say, who cares about GSP vs. Carlos Condit now? The much better fight is going to be BJ Penn vs. Nick Diaz. This fight should be the main event. Anyways, it’s going to be an exciting one.
